Qian Yuan Hao college is a newly found education institution in company. The students now are all company's employees. The tenet of founding Qian Yuan Hao college can be concluded into “explore the way of management, investigate the skill of operation, and promote the beauty of life”. In establishing the college, we want to accumulate the management experience and further generalize it. Through this course, we aim to set up a preponderant management system in company, raise the competitiveness of our employee, and finally make the company to be high-class. Qian Yuan Hao college focuses on training management skill and personal professional skill. In the course of accumulating the experience in practice, we get what we will teach. And finally, we use it to make our course. Qian Yuan Hao college also enables us to introduce our experience to our subsidiary companies.
